Can someone collect my Race Pack on my behalf?
You are more than welcome to have someone collect your Race Pack on your behalf. All they are required to do is provide us with a copy of your confirmation email (either printed or on their phone), so make sure you forward this to them before they attend the Race Week office.
When will my Race Pack be sent?
If you registered before 11:59pm on Thursday July 31st, 2025 and selected postage, your Race Pack will be sent to the address provided on your registration. Please note Race Pack distribution will begin in August.
If you registered after July 31st, you must collect your Race Pack from the Race Week Office during opening hours on Race Day.
What is in my Race Pack?
Your Race Pack will include: Race Information Booklet, Race bib with attached timing chip, safety pins.
Please note Competitor Gifts are to be collected from the Race Week Office on Race Day after your event.
I’ve lost my Race Pack.
If you have lost your race pack, you will be required to purchase a replacement pack at the Race Week Office during opening hours. The cost of a new Race Pack is $20.
I think my timing chip has been damaged.
If you believe that your timing chip has been damaged, it is best to pick up a replacement from the Race Week Office during opening hours.
Do not bend the chip or leave the chip in areas subject to heat and water damage.
Where do I collect my Race Pack from?
If registered after July 31st or selected collection when registering before July 31st, you will be required to collect your Race Pack from the Race Week Office.
The Race Week Office is located on the external concourse outside of Gate 1.
The office will be open the following hours:
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Where can I receive my result?
Results will be made available within 48 hours after the event via our Results page. You will also receive a physical finisher’s certificate with your result if you registered with Priority Admission.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
Under no circumstance are you permitted to pass your entry onto someone else. We cannot process name changes. If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw.
Can I run with headphones?
We strongly discourage the use of headphones on course.
If you do choose to use headphones whilst running, please ensure that you are still able to hear what is happening around you, ensure that you are still able to hear instructions from the course marshals and please be very wary of other competitors who may be wanting to pass you.

What do I get for my entry fee?
Priority: Entry, Race Bib, Timing Chip, Finisher’s Medal, Finisher’s Certificate, Competitor Gifts, Event Shirt, Informational Booklet

What drinks will be available?
Water will be provided on course at all drink stations. The sports drink provided on course will be Gatorade lemon lime flavor.
Can I run with my dog?
All animals are strictly prohibited from entering any part of the course at any time.

What do I do if an Event sells out?
Once an event sells out no more positions will be made available online. If an event sells out and there are withdrawals from the event, the vacant positions will be made available at the Race Week Office.
I have lost or never received my confirmation email, can I have it resent?
Please ensure you have checked your junk/spam folder for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate it, please email info@warrengotmax.com and request to have your confirmation email resent. Please provide First and Last name.
